3.1. Beta and Preview Status: Certain services, submodules, or software features made available on EudoSpace may be explicitly marked or identified as "Beta", "Experimental", "Preview", "Under Maintenance", or "Early Access" (including, but not limited to, Eudo IELTS modules, the Virtual Shop & Wallet, Focus Mode background enhancements, and specific Homework areas secured by restricted test passcodes or early-access gates).
3.2. "As-Is" Nature of Beta Tools: You acknowledge and agree that Beta and Experimental features may contain software bugs, computational latency, incomplete feature sets, scoring anomalies, or periodic service interruptions. Your utilization of any Beta feature is entirely voluntary and conducted at your sole risk.
3.3. Unilateral Platform Discretion: EudoSpace reserves the unconditional right to modify, gate, throttle, limit access to, suspend, temporarily lock, or permanently decommission any Beta, experimental, or standard feature at any time, with or without prior notice, for purposes of security, system upgrades, server maintenance, or feature obsolescence, without incurring any liability whatsoever to you or any third party.
4.1. Account Registration: To unlock full platform capabilities, you must register an account by providing an authentic email address and establishing a strong, secure password. You warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update such information to ensure its continued veracity.
4.2. Credential Confidentiality & Account Responsibility: You are strictly and solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and session tokens. All activities, transactions, uploads, and communications that occur under your account shall be conclusively presumed to have been authorized and executed by you. EudoSpace disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or unauthorized data alterations arising from compromised credentials due to user negligence.
4.3. Prohibition of Account Sharing & Reselling: User accounts are strictly individual and non-transferable. You shall not license, sell, rent, lease, share, or pool your login credentials with other individuals, academic groups, commercial tutoring centers, or test preparation enterprises.

EudoSpace incorporates a proprietary, gamified virtual economy engineered to incentivize disciplined study habits, reward genuine academic achievement, and govern computational consumption of AI server resources. By participating in the platform ecosystem, you explicitly understand and agree to the following monetary and non-monetary provisions:
Certain high-resource evaluations—most notably the IELTS Speaking Simulation Engine—involve intensive multi-modal processing (audio file ingestion, automatic speech recognition transcription, and multi-parameter linguistic evaluation). These tasks are billed on a predictable flat-rate basis rather than variable token counts:
The flat rate is deducted upfront at the moment of session initialization. Once initialized, the user may complete all audio question submissions designated for that session without incurring additional EuFluz charges. In the event of a client-side disconnection or network termination before completing the session, the session remains resumeable within its designated validity window.
Users may redeem accumulated virtual currency within the EudoSpace Shop (Virtual Shop) for virtual cosmetic enhancements, including custom avatar frames, user profile badges, UI themes, and study streak protection items ("Streak Freezes"). All cosmetic items are purely decorative, platform-specific, and confer no real-world rights, ownership, or commercial entitlements.
EudoSpace thrives on collaborative academic knowledge sharing. When you upload, publish, or share content on the Platform, you agree to the following terms:
6.1.1. User Retention of Intellectual Property: You retain all pre-existing copyright and intellectual property rights in the original study materials, notes, summaries, diagrams, and educational documents you author and upload to the Platform.
6.1.2. Worldwide License Grant to EudoSpace: By uploading, posting, or submitting any educational material, document, or content to the Platform, you grant EudoSpace a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, format, index, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, adapt, prepare derivative works from, and process such content through automated systems and artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini and our proprietary indexing pipelines) for purposes of operating, analyzing, enhancing, promoting, and maintaining the Services.
6.1.3. User Representations & Warranties: You represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a) you are the sole creator and owner of the uploaded content, or you hold all necessary licenses, written permissions, and legal rights to grant the aforementioned license to EudoSpace; (b) the uploaded material does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, or other proprietary right; and (c) the material complies with all applicable education laws and publication regulations.
Users may submit academic document requests, propose subject areas, and participate in community upvoting/downvoting to signal demand for specific curricula, past exams, or study guides. Community voting does not create any contractual obligation or guarantee that EudoSpace or its community contributors will fulfill, procure, or publish the requested materials.
Users may post questions, solutions, academic debates, and comments within document viewers and community discussion boards. All contributions must adhere strictly to academic integrity and the Code of Conduct set forth in Section 11.
EudoSpace respects the intellectual property rights of authors and publishers and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and the Law on Intellectual Property of Vietnam. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted on EudoSpace infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification of claimed infringement containing the following details to our designated copyright agent at equilbyte@gmail.com:

Educational Reminders & Learning Progress Alerts: In subsequent stages of platform development and operation, EudoSpace may send automated educational notifications, including: daily or weekly study streak preservation alerts, homework assignment notices and upcoming deadline reminders, teacher evaluation notifications, alerts when other users reply to your comments or answer your document requests, and milestone achievement recognitions.
7.3. Product Updates & Community Newsletters: We may occasionally send platform newsletters, feature announcements, beta testing invitations, and curated educational study guides.
7.4. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe Mechanism: We respect your communication preferences. All non-essential educational reminders, newsletters, and promotional emails will contain an obvious, functional, and direct 1-click "Unsubscribe" link in the email footer, or will be configurable through your account notification settings. Opting out of promotional messages will never affect your receipt of essential security or transactional emails.
Certain features within the EudoSpace platform—specifically the IELTS Speaking Simulator and interactive pronunciation evaluation tools—require the capture and real-time processing of your spoken voice:
8.1. Microphone Consent: Before initiating any spoken assessment, the Platform will prompt your web browser or device operating system for explicit permission to access your microphone. You maintain complete control over granting or withholding microphone permissions. If you decline microphone access, you will be unable to participate in speaking evaluations, but your access to other text-based and document features will remain unaffected.
8.2. Audio Ingestion & AI Processing License: When you record and submit spoken audio during an evaluation, you grant EudoSpace, its cloud infrastructure providers, and its underlying artificial intelligence partners (including Google Gemini) a limited, royalty-free license to capture, ingest, convert, transcribe, and analyze your audio data solely for the purposes of: (a) generating automatic speech-to-text transcriptions; (b) evaluating acoustic fluency, pronunciation fidelity, pausing patterns, and lexical stress; and (c) producing diagnostic feedback, scoring estimates, and error corrections.
8.3. Data Privacy of Voice Recordings: Audio submissions are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings submitted for live scoring are processed transiently and are not utilized to train public machine learning models without your explicit authorization.
9.1. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI Hallucinations): You explicitly recognize and accept that the intelligent features powering EudoAI (including Google Gemini LLM integrations, IELTS score predictions, writing rewrites, and semantic answers) rely on complex probabilistic neural networks. Artificial intelligence systems are capable of generating incorrect, misleading, biased, outdated, or completely fabricated information ("hallucinations"). AI-generated outputs may fail to detect subtle grammatical nuances, misinterpret test rubrics, or miscalculate question accuracy.
9.2. Educational Reference Only & Zero Academic Guarantees: All study documents, solutions, community notes, AI-estimated IELTS bands, THPT predicted scores, and model essays hosted on EudoSpace are provided strictly for auxiliary study, personal practice, and community educational reference:

10.1. Exclusion of Consequential and Indirect Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EUDOSPACE, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
10.2. Aggregate Financial Liability Cap: In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction determines that EudoSpace is legally liable notwithstanding the foregoing exclusions, the total aggregate liability of EudoSpace for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be strictly limited to the amount of fifty United States Dollars ($50.00 USD) or the equivalent in local currency.

User Indemnification Covenant: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EudoSpace, its operators, directors, affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal disbursements) arising out of or related to:
EudoSpace is committed to fostering an inclusive, scholarly, disciplined, and supportive environment for all learners. You agree to abide by the following standards of conduct:
11.1. Scholarly Respect and Civility: You shall treat fellow learners, document authors, instructors, and platform administrators with dignity and respect. Defamation, trolling, cyberbullying, hate speech, sexual harassment, discriminatory slurs, and malicious personal attacks are strictly forbidden.
11.2. Non-Profit Community Realities & Zero Tolerance for Harassment: EudoSpace operates on a community and non-profit ethos. Administrators, moderators, and contributing community members are under no legal or professional obligation to provide instantaneous responses, individual tutoring, or on-demand homework resolution. Pressuring, harassing, or demanding urgent assistance from moderators (e.g., sending repeated demanding messages or threatening negative reviews if a homework question is not solved immediately) constitutes severe harassment. Any user engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately and permanently banned.
11.3. Integrity of Interactive Rooms (Eudo Live): In live multiplayer quiz rooms, participants must choose respectful nicknames and refrain from injecting spam, inappropriate humor, offensive language, or disruptions into the live competition. Hosts retain the right to eject any participant without prior notice.
12.1. Termination by EudoSpace: We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) actual or suspected violation of these Terms; (b) requests by law enforcement or government authorities; (c) prolonged periods of account inactivity; (d) behavior that jeopardizes system security or other users' learning experience; or (e) fraudulent generation or exploitation of virtual currencies.
12.2. Voluntary Account Closure: You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your account profile settings or by sending a formal account deletion request to equilbyte@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, and all accumulated EuCoin, EuFluz, and virtual shop items are forfeited without compensation.
12.3. Mandatory 60-Day Good-Faith Negotiation: Before commencing any formal legal arbitration or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you and EudoSpace agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal, good-faith negotiations for a mandatory period of at least sixty (60) calendar days. Informal negotiation commences upon the receipt of written notice detailing the legal and factual basis of the claim sent to equilbyte@gmail.com.
12.4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If good-faith negotiation fails after 60 days, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent people's court in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
12.5. Severability & Entire Agreement: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete, sole, and entire agreement between you and EudoSpace regarding your use of the Services, superseding all prior oral or written understandings, agreements, or communications.
